One of my students from last year came to read to my class today to read a story. She read I Ain't Gonna Paint No More. She did a great job using great voice! Way to go Jenna!



Daily 5 Math Video!

This video is of two students working with our iPod touches. They are playing math related apps. These apps have addition, subtraction, patterns, counting, ordinal numbers, shapes and much more!


This video is of a student working during "math by myself". He is finding the missing number on each card he pulls out.


This video is of two students who are working during number work. They are filling in the missing blanks to a hundreds chart. This activity is one of the favorites among all the kindergarteners!

Welcome Back!

Welcome back from spring break! Look who I saw taking a very long and much needed vacation on the beach from his tough job at the North Pole.  I am happy to see you all today and cannot wait to hear how your week off from school was!
